Yep. It's definitely the little aspects of life that seem to make it all worth it. Often, the simplicity of life appears to have a profound impact on me- much more so than life's "bigger" offerings. I wonder why that is. Perhaps the "little" things are what create a more grandiose doing. Whatever it may be, if we can all open our eyes and appreciate the positive facets of life (regardless of how small), we just may find happiness waiting outside our front door.

ReplyDeleteThis made me smile :) Such a wonderful list of things to be grateful and happy for - even the little things. I used to keep a gratitude journal and would write three things in it at the end of everyday; this made me think of that :)
